The Process 

• The process begins with you completing our online application and submitting your documents. Note: The documentation required differs between individuals and businesses.
• First time customer?
• If you are:
• An Individual: Download and complete our representative form.
• A Business: Download the example business representative letter and follow the instructions in there
• We will thereafter receive your information via email and one of our enthusiastic employees will contact you to collect your representative form.
• You will then receive a quote with payment information.
• After payment has been made, WE QUE FOR YOU!
• Your transaction will then be invoiced and delivered TO YOU!
• You will then receive notifications every year when your vehicle license is due, however, it is your responsibility to ensure that fees are paid on time to avoid penalties.

• Business Registration (NATIS issued)
• Recent Business Proof of Physical Address, scanned copy, less than 3 months old
